Scott Sutherland, the Executive Editor of the NFPA Journal, has been appointed to the Editorial Advisory Board of MDM Publishing Ltd. The NFPA and MDM Publishing have worked closely for many years sharing editorial content across their varied fire titles. This appointment ensures that this sharing of knowledge will continue.
Scott Sutherland has been the Executive Editor of NFPA Journal since 2008. Before joining NFPA he worked as an editor, writer, and contributor for a variety of print and online publications, covering science, technology, business, and culture. Under his direction, NFPA Journal has been recognized with numerous national awards for editorial and design excellence, including the President’s Award for Journalism from the American National Standards Institute.
