VIGIL3 voice alarm – At the time of the exhibition, the control end of this new voice alarm system will be going through rigorous EN54 testing. Gone will be the traditional routeing methods of a VIGIL voice alarm system, instead small modules will be employed. Known as the Control Interface the compact unit will sit alongside VIGIL3 amplifiers and the VIGIL3 Charger Module in a single 2U frame.
Powerful, flexible and packed with features, VIGIL3 is expected to cause great interest at the show. Baldwin Boxall is already receiving many enquiries about this new range – which includes a new Eclipse model (popular stand-alone PA/VA system) capable of up to an impressive 16-zones (8 dual/16 single circuits).
Users of the system will not be disappointed – especially if they choose the touch screen microphone as part of the installation. The touch screen microphone allows personalised user functionality (operated via PIN code or NFC). Other features include the ability to record and store messages, local music input (i.e. MP3 player), history and fault logs, two independent output feeds (which enable connectivity to two racks on the same system (A/B circuits)), and more.
