BRNS Group provides a full, integrated service of management and letting in property, from acquisition and refurbishment, through letting and management. It has entrusted 20 plus luxury developments through the Capital and Greater London.
Working closely with Amthal, BRNS Group established a maintenance system that could secure residents fire safety systems across its property portfolio. This is especially in communal areas, including all fire alarms, emergency lighting, automatic opening vents, dry-risers, sprinkles and associated services.

Fire safety for residential developments is currently under Government review to implement recommendations from the Grenfell Tower Inquiry, including effecting change and requirements for responsible persons through the Fire Safety and Building Safety Bill, under the guidance of a new Building Safety Regulator
