The agenda will pay attention to Integrated Tunnel Safety systems for road tunnels as well as innovations such as new lighting solutions in tunnels. Regulation will be a key topic and a speaker from the European Railway Agency will look at the economic impacts of TSI (technical specification of interoperability) directives.
The Ringway West project (Ringveg Vest) Site Visit will take place on 9th September. A great chance to see a new tunnel in operation but also so see the current work going on in the new part of the tunnel. The project manager will be presenting their case study as part of the conference programme. Spaces are strictly limited!
