Arizona-based Firetrace International has recently announced the expansion of its Middle East clean agent fire suppression offering, by opening its first overseas filling station, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Working in partnership with Jeddah-based Saudi Sicli, the UL approved filling station is able to offer first-fill capabilities of both FM-200 and Firetrace’s latest suppression offering, the Novec 1230 E4 range. The fill station has also been designed to offer a refilling and repair service of existing cylinders currently in the Saudi Arabian market.
This first fill station is part of the Firetrace global initiative to offer its customers a more regionalized service, as well cutting down on transportation time. In October 2014 Firetrace will open its next regional fill station in South Africa, with the Johannesburg-based company, Chrinica, which will serve the sub-Saharan Africa market. In addition, Firetrace has implemented plans to have further fill stations operating in the United Arab Emirates and Singapore by the end of 2014.
