Warren Spencer has today (1st February 2017) announced the launch of firesafetylaw.co.uk, a new portal for all matters related to fire safety law and the Regulatory Reform Fire (Safety Order) 2005 (the Fire Safety Order).
It has been 10 years since the Order came into force and over three articles Warren has reviewed the data collected in that time and considered what we may see in the future click here to read Part 1.
Within the website you will find details on the Order itself, relevant case law, Warren’s collection of articles and commentary, plus links to the cases he has personally been involved with over the last 12 years.
Warren’s work remains diverse covering both prosecutions on behalf of fire and rescue authorities, defence matters and training for fire service employees, fire engineers and fire risk assessors.
