A new name, a new brand to strengthen the corporate identity and endorse the wish to change. A history of innovation and development.
Changing means growing and making progress: it’s always a new challenge to keep the pace with the thousands of adjustments of the market. This is our mission at Vanzetti Equipment by changing our name to Damotek from July 2019.
The company has already been experiencing significant changes having modified and improved the corporate organisation and structure. Indeed a common thread exists starting from the very beginning of the company and describing a growing trend towards the innovation of products and process.
We are talking about a family business established in the early ’80s.
Vanzetti Equipment was born as Vanzetti & Ricotto, being one of the first in Italy to produce equipment for CO2 filling, then able to fulfil main applications related to extinguishers and cylinders maintenance, service and testing.
In the early ‘90s, the name was changed to Vanzetti Engineering, proving how innovation and development became its new focus.
In 2007 Vanzetti Equipment brand was introduced, originating from the wish to create a business unit specifically dedicated to Fire-Fighting and Testing sectors. The new brand took over the baton focusing on these sectors, while Vanzetti Engineering started exploring new markets.
2011 is another milestone with the new owner Mr Morrica delivering a breath of fresh air to the company. Vanzetti Equipment strengthens his presence as a market leader and acquires brand awareness.
2019: ultimate challenge as Vanzetti Equipment changes its name to Damotek, keeping the same staff, production plant, experience and know-how. This is a change that illustrates our brand’s growth, the strength of our research and development, as well as our constant presence in the market as a leading brand, alongside the world’s major players.
